Return & Refund Policy

1 Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We offer a 30-day return window calculated from the date you receive your order. To qualify for return or exchange, all items must beunused, unwashed, free of stains, scratches, and wear, and retain all original tags and packaging. Clearance items, accessories, and personalized custom products are final sale and non-returnable.

2 Return Responsibility Rules

  • Quality Defects, Damaged or Wrong Items: If your items have manufacturing flaws, transit damage, or do not match your order details, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will cover all return shipping fees and provide full refund, free exchange, or partial compensation solutions.
  • Personal Reason Returns: For returns due to size issues, personal style dissatisfaction, or other personal reasons, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.

3 Standard Return Process

1. Send a return application email to our official mailbox with your order number and relevant product photos;
2. Wait for our official return approval and obtain the designated return shipping address;
3. Repack the items securely and ship them back, then provide us with the return tracking number;
4. We will inspect the returned items within 3–5 business days after receiving the package and confirm your refund or exchange arrangement.

4 Refund Processing Rules

Once your returned items pass our inspection, we will initiate your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing cycle, usually 1–2 billing cycles. We reserve the right to reject returns or deduct compensation fees if returned items show obvious wear, damage, or missing original tags and accessories.
