We provide global door-to-door delivery to all countries worldwide. Our shipping policy is unified and transparent: A flat shipping charge of £4.5 applies to all orders with a subtotal below £59. All orders with a subtotal of £59 or more qualify for 100% free worldwide shipping with no hidden fees or additional costs.
2 How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. For our core US market, standard delivery takes 7–12 business days. For European destinations, delivery takes 6–10 business days. Other global regions take approximately 7–15 business days. Minor delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak shopping seasons, or unexpected logistics situations.
3 How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and official tracking link to your registered email address. You can check real-time logistics status at any time. 4 Can I cancel or edit my order?
You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours after successful payment, provided your order has not been processed or shipped. Once the order enters packaging and shipping procedures, no further modifications or cancellations will be accepted. Approved order cancellations will receive a full refund within 3–7 business days.

If you receive incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged products, please contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the items and outer packaging. We will verify your case promptly and offer free return, exchange, or full refund solutions at no cost to you.
6 Do you support returns for personal reasons?
Yes. We allow returns and exchanges for unused, unwashed, tag-intact, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for personal reasons such as size mismatch or style dissatisfaction. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for personal preference returns.
